Two e-posters entitled «Immobilized probiotics as effective delivery vehicles ensuring cell survival under simulated gastrointestinal transit», «Biofilm removal activity of wild type lactic acid bacteria» and “Developing functional food ingredients containing immobilized kefir culture on dietary fibers support” were presented at the 9^th Conference of Mikrobiokosmos, held in Athens, Greece, 16-18 December 2021.
